I won’t lie to you, a career in real estate is not as easy as you may think. Many people get their real estate license thinking that it will be easy to make money. The biggest issue I have with this industry is that there is no operations manual on how to be successful. I could ask 10 different sales managers what it takes to be successful and I would get 10 different response. The importance of finding a broker you are comfortable with is very critical. Make sure you do your research and find someone that is motivated to make you successful and not just collect fees from you. Also it doesn’t matter if you are new to the business. I would rather have a new agent with no experience who has an amazing attitude because it’s easy to train someone when they are open and willing to learn.
