  1. Beautiful house and pool. I used to work in Real Estate in Europe, but since the crash in the economy, things have been hard, but I’m sure someone will snap up this lovely property.

  2. Thanks Marney, yes it rare these days to have a regular sale. I was doing some rough calculations the other day and I think about 75% of my deals over the last 12 months either were a short sale listing, REO or a regular buyer but they were buying a REO or short sale.

    This is a great home and hopefully we can get it sold!
